One of the things that had the greatest effect on changing my life was this affirmation;

I AM WHOLE, PERFECT, STRONG, POWERFUL, LOVING, HARMONIOUS AND HAPPY.

These are the words of Charles F. Haanel, the man who wrote The Master Key System, which outlines the principles that underlie The Secret.

After reading The Master Key System, I started repeating that affirmation, dozens of times in a row, whenever I thought of it.
And that was often.

Whenever anything was worrying me or I felt down for any reason, I would start reciting it over and over again and very soon, my bad feelings went away.

It made such a difference that I ended up adding to it.

I AM WHOLE, PERFECT, STRONG, POWERFUL, LOVING, HARMONIOUS, HAPPY AND HEALTHY, KIND, COMPASSIONATE, THOUGHTFUL AND WISE.

By the constant repetition of this affirmation, you infuse your subconscious mind with positive input, thus leaving less room for negative thought (doubts and fear).

Some people have said
"Oh, that is too much to remember - I could never memorise all that"

But it is quite easy.
Just start by memorising one word at a time.
Repeat the affirmation you have learnt so far enough times and it will become automatic.
Then add in the next word.

Soon, you will be able to repeat it at will.

You can expect to start seeing results after a few hundred times.

After a few thousand, I can guarantee you will not look back!

hi I was amaze that I read your post today because actualy this morning I was listening to the MKS and I heard this affirmation. I was planning to record it and put it on my mp3 alarm clock so it will play while I am sleep. I was also thinking this morning while Im driving where I can find people with the same thought of mine...hope we can exchance thought and experience on the things we read and belief.

What we think is what we attract in our life.

A few hundred times?

How much time you spend for the few hundred times?

I do the same but with different phrase and repeat it just for a few minutes :o

I rely a lot on meditation and hypnosis audios.

Some audios are really good while some are just sucks.

A few hundred times only represents, say, ten times a day for a month.... total time spent, say, half an hour... I don't think this is a huge amount of investment, certainly not for the results...

It always comes down to what works best for you.

You can say an affirmation as many times as you want per day for as long as you want. Besides TIME is an illusion if clock and watches, etc did not exist, what are you left with..foreverness. All we have is NOW.

The key is when doing affirmations is to get into a VIBRATIONAL MATCH of what you are saying. Otherwards the affirmation is weak and will have little to no EFFECT.

A powerful time to do affirmations and stating your INTENTIONS and GOALS is to do it 15 minutes before bedtime and really get into the VIBRATION, get excited about who you want to be.

The reason I say this is because if what we EXPERIENCE in the MOMENT is due from our previous thoughts. Then your quiet mind has the whole night to start orchestrating what you are intending to DO, BE, OR HAVE.

During the day our minds are more activated with so many things, that right before bed is prime time for MANIFEST REST. Hey I like that MANIFEST REST

Before you totally wake up from a good nights sleep would be the next best.

Affirmations are one powerful way to CREATE and MANIFEST.

Do this method before bed and if you want to add power to that.

Right before you get into bed say this affirmation:

I WILL REMEMBER, I WILL REMEMBER, I WILL REMEMBER MY DREAMS..I WILL, I WILL, I WILL.

Keep a note pad and pencil by your bed, and write down everything you remember.
