I hope you are still watching this topic. Your post caught my attention and you are like many out there who are trying to find a way to help themselves so as to improve the quality of their life experience.
  • The very fact that you are still looking for something to help you shows that you are not willing to give up on yourself and that deep down you know you can get out of your emotional turmoil -- somewhere deep inside you, you know it can be done. This is a good thing - a very good thing.
  • You also identified that you are a 'negative person' -- even though I am not speaking one-on-one with you right now, the fact that you are describing yourself in this way shows that you have accumulated a number of unwanted thoughts in your mind which keep replaying in your head over and over again and thereby are manifesting in actual negative experiences in your life. These accumulated unwanted thoughts which I call thinking thoughts are a collection of perceptions and interpretations of experiences that you have come to believe and have come to define yourself by. Thinking thoughts are stored in the mind, which is an energetic manifestation around your brain and which is the underlying reason behind cluttered and confused thoughts. It is these thinking thoughts that cause what is called 'mind-chatter' or 'noise' in one's life. In your case for example, a typical thinking thought that caused low self-esteem is that of a past experience where you allowed your self-confidence to take a toll. It could have been anything ranging from the time you were a kid to the time you are currently living right now. These thinking thoughts have thus submerged your practical thoughts which are untainted thoughts or pure thoughts that sprout pragmatism, common sense, well being and fulfillment.
  • You need to delete those thinking thoughts from your life and foster practical thoughts. In other words, you need to release yourself from the clutter that the mind represents in order to regain your self-esteem and self-confidence back. In order to achieve this, you need to embrace the process of self-realization which I explain in detail on my website. It is too long to type it in here. Click on the links to understand thinking thoughts and practical thoughts -- this information alone will dramatically change your perspective in life and help you face yourself and master your thoughts and life experiences. You will also naturally feel your self-honesty come back. Check out the page on self-forgiveness as well - it's all there and I made it available to everyone to help them let go of the mind and rekindle the incredible power of their Natural State -- (this term is also explained fully on my site -- in a nutshell, your Natural State is a combination of your physical body and your Inner Self minus the noise and havoc that the mind causes in one's life)
  • Hence, expand your Self. By doing this, your mind will not be able to control you. For this is what is happening to you at this moment: your mind is doing all the thinking and you cannot hear your Inner Self. Consequently, you find yourself listening to your mind which is telling you that you are no good and that you do not deserve to be happy an joyful etc. Sadly, you are accepting and allowing this false perception and interpretation to be true and you are living your life according to your mind and have lost your self-directive principle. Thus, you are not living your life according to your Natural State and your life experience is bleak. But nothing is lost unless you allow yourself to believe that everything is lost. You can regain self-control in an instant. You simply have to switch your thoughts from thinking thoughts to practical thoughts.
